Ryan Jowdy taught my daughter and I how each gadget on the instrument panel worked, set us up with our new plates and helped me transfer my belongings between my old car and our new one. He had our last minute requests for accessories filled and offered to give a later review of the car's new gadgets should I need it as well, after all it was 11 years since I purchased my last vehicle from this Subaru and I was anxious to get out and get settled into my new vehicle. John Lazzari was my sales representative, and he listened to my concerns and thoughtfully helped me figure out what would be best for my budget, using several different senarios. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the spot, and, a week later, after shopping other brands as well as other Subaru dealerships in the area, I knew Colonial Subaru was the place for me to get my next Subaru.
