My dad and I drove and shoped around used car sales place in Danbury. We went to numerous dealers in the town but could not find a car I wanted until we went to see Subaru dealer. First of all, the place have full of car that I'd like to have with reasonable price. What impressed me the most is the manner of sales person and his manager. They were very helpful and honest about their cars. If you need a car, do not waste time to go other place but go straight to Subaru. They will get what you need. More

A pleasant welcome from the receptionist, led me to working with Chris Townsend. Not only does Chris work for Subaru, he also owns one, and shares a high level of enthusiasm about the Subaru brand. After describing what I wanted(it happened to be on the showroom floor, clean, spotless, without a blemish), Chris went over several different payment options, and was able to meet me with a deal I was comfortable with. Chris never pushed for the sale, and did not attempt to sell something that I didn't want. He was professionally relaxed in his approach, and made the process a breeze. During the interim of my original visit, and delivery of the car, Chris kept in contact, updating me as well as reminding me of the simonize option. He greeted me with excitement, as if he was buying a car, the day I came to pick up my 2015 Lightning Red WRX. After reviewing the car, pairing my phone, and helping me further understand my new car, Chris set us up with the final paperwork session with Jim Meehan. Jim was clear, concise, and answered all questions, which really made the experience feel like we were working with good friends. My Sales Person, Glen Gehrkens was very easy to work with, well informed on the Subaru product and purchasing certified pre-owned vehicles and always available to answer my questions. An upholstery repair that had to be made was handled by Colonial's service department which was an easy and quick process. Waiting area is comfortable and well equipped with beverages and snacks and waiting time was minimal. More

This was my second leased Forester and I had a lot of questions. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable - not pushy. My previous dealership were very pushy and just wanted me to sign. I am so glad I came to Colonial Subaru and Joe. When I picked up the car, Jim of Finance had all the papers ready to sign and explained the terms of the lease and the registration and insurance. Ryan showed us some of the new improvements on the 2015 Forester - however, I forgot most of what he explained to me. Thank heavens for my manuals. Leasing my new Forester was a good experience and, thanks again Joe D"ercole!!! More
