First time car buyer- great experience I was looking for a used car, and as a first time buyer I was very nervous. I searched and went to multiple dealerships, and had nothing but bad vibes I was looking for a used car, and as a first time buyer I was very nervous. I searched and went to multiple dealerships, and had nothing but bad vibes and experiences. When I walked into Colonial Subaru, I knew I was in the right place. I had made an inquiry online for a 2010 VW jetta TDI. Christer Cambriello called me with all of the details. We made an appointment to test drive, and sure enough the car was there waiting for me. I loved the car- it was in mint condition being a used car. My father was a mechanic and taught me all the tricks. This dealership is nothing but professional- no tricks involved. I couldn't take the car that day, but I wanted to come back the next week to pick it up. I jokingly asked if someone could pick me up from the metro north train station to take me to my new car. Christer without blinking said it was no problem at all. Such service! With living in NJ I thought the registration/insurance process would be a hassle, but the dealership handled everything for me. I cannot say enough about this dealership and it's staff. Thanks again guys! More
