they have a financial officer who started yelling and lying. I caught him red handed. He adds all the unwanted expenses without letting you know. very poor customer services. Alfonso is cool. However he was very distracted with other customers. More attention to the closing would be appreciated. I didn’t appreciate his sales tactics with the ceramic coating. Laurie the sales manger had an attitude. She wanted to mark up the price of the car 17%. She said that was the car market. I’m pretty sure Hyundai didn’t didn’t mark the price up when they sold it to the dealer. Didn’t appreciate that attempted price gauging. That mark up was quickly removed when they saw I was walking. Jim the finance guy is a dishonest and a fraud. He added insurance items that I didn’t want. I verbally agreed that I only wanted 5 years bumper to bumper. He added $999 worth of theft protection that I didn’t want from Allstate. I specifically told him I didn’t want that because I have full coverage. He gave me a thumb drive with all my documents. He didn’t review anything with me! No insurance policy, deductibles, cost of each item, he’ll he didn’t even want to give me the interest rate. Heck, he even told me don’t cancel the policy for two months so that he can at least get paid. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Jim ony had a digital signature pad and said press here. More
