I'm always impressed with the spirit of cooperation between the service advisors. I feel like they are listening to my sometimes vague explanations of a problem and trying to help me sort it out. This attentiveness is hard to maintain given the hectic conditions of modern society, but it is obvious that they are selected and trained to do so! Jim in service was great! He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He immediately got someone involved and pulled my Jeep in. Turns out there was a screw loose. Instead of simply sending me on my way, they found a star screwdriver and tightened it for me. Your team went above and beyond!
