Jim suggested a Yaris which was the perfect fit for the circumstances. None of those experiences were as pleasant or straightforward as my purchase of a Highlander Hybrid from Maplewood Toyota. I never felt as if the staff were just going through the motions of making another sale. We put in an order for exactly the car I wanted, and I never had to worry about the process from there. The paperwork process was by far the easiest I have experienced. We spent more time talking to the sales manager about a house for sale next door to us than we did signing forms. We could not have asked for a better sales person than Jim Miller. First class all the way. More
