A Great Experience in Every Way! Glad to be back in the Toyota 'family'! I have always appreciated the Toyota sales and service departments. Not once did I feel insecure or taken adv Glad to be back in the Toyota 'family'! I have always appreciated the Toyota sales and service departments. Not once did I feel insecure or taken advantage of in any respect: Jim Miller was so easy to work with, answered any and all questions thoroughly; he made the whole process of buying a new car a pleasure! And the service department, as I know from prior experience, inspires trust and confidence by never suggesting anything unnecessary and by always explaining repairs and services personally. More

Best car purchase experience ever I have bought at least 15 new cars in my life, including from "luxury" dealers such as Lexus and Mercedes. None of those experiences were as pleasant I have bought at least 15 new cars in my life, including from "luxury" dealers such as Lexus and Mercedes. None of those experiences were as pleasant or straightforward as my purchase of a Highlander Hybrid from Maplewood Toyota. I never felt as if the staff were just going through the motions of making another sale. We put in an order for exactly the car I wanted, and I never had to worry about the process from there. The paperwork process was by far the easiest I have experienced. We spent more time talking to the sales manager about a house for sale next door to us than we did signing forms. We could not have asked for a better sales person than Jim Miller. First class all the way. More

Great service This is the second car that I have purchased with Maplewood Toyota. I was very happy with the process and everyone that I worked with was awesome. This is the second car that I have purchased with Maplewood Toyota. I was very happy with the process and everyone that I worked with was awesome. I worked with Jim Miller specifically in terms of the car purchase itself. Jim answered all of my questions without a hint of condescension. I have to say that this is a crucial element for me, as the auto sales industry has a deserved reputation for treating women pretty poorly. I think this is changing industry-wide, but one of the reasons I have stuck with Maplewood Toyota over the years is that all of the people that work there have been upfront and respectful. Thank you to everyone. More
