"Liked no pressure approach" Jim was very friendly to work with and very patient with giving us test drives on various vehicles until we made a decision what was best for our need Jim was very friendly to work with and very patient with giving us test drives on various vehicles until we made a decision what was best for our needs. We then were given helpful information in deciding on either to purchase or lease the vehicle. Leasing was the best option for us as we don't drive many yearly miles. Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! I have been leasing my last 5 vehicles and every time I've had to return my lease vehicle, I dreaded the day! Not this time!!! I walked into Maplewood I have been leasing my last 5 vehicles and every time I've had to return my lease vehicle, I dreaded the day! Not this time!!! I walked into Maplewood Toyota, I was kindly greeted by Jim Miller, (best salesperson ever) shown what I wanted, and had my lease signed within minutes, not ALL DAY like everywhere else. My husband has always been happy with Maplewood Toyota and now I know why. For the first time in my car buying experience, I didn't feel like I had to go home and take a nap.
