Yay new cars ! My husband and I along with our business partner came in to look into getting some new vehicles. We weren’t set on getting anything that day and the o My husband and I along with our business partner came in to look into getting some new vehicles. We weren’t set on getting anything that day and the original goal was to just look at our options. We were helped by Jim and he was absolutely wonderful. He was never pushy, answered all of our questions and he genuinely knew the ins and outs of each vehicle we looked at. He took us out for test drives in the vehicles we were interested in and really took his time going over all the options and features, he really had a great grasp on all of it and really made us feel at ease with the newer technology we would potentially be going home with. ( To be totally honest none of the 3 of us had EVER had a test drive so thorough with anyone who knew even half of what Jim knew) We had such a great experience we actually did end up purchasing new vehicles that day. To be totally honest we have been to this dealership before just looking and have had less that comfortable experiences with some of the sales associates however, Jim was the complete opposite of those experiences. He never made us feel pressured and treated us like someone he had known forever instead of just someone to sell something too. If we hadn’t had such a wonderful experience with Jim I’m not 100% sure we would have gone home with 2 new vehicles, he was absolutely fantastic and we are glad we got to work with him. More
