Great experience except for the final step Fairly straight-forward process that progressed nicely until the last step when I was given a single key to the car to drive off the lot. I asked where the second key was and was told the previous lease holder probably still had it. I had to ASK for a Due Bill that listed the missing key and was told the problem would be resolved the following Monday either with the missing key or the Dealership would make a new key(this occurred on a Friday) NOTHING SO FAR!!! Note: section B of the 152 point check notes that two sets of keys/remotes existed. This error makes me wonder what other portions of the 152 point were similarly "gun-decked"/ falsified/carelessly verified. This single error makes me question the entire Bob Baker Certified Used Car Process. Why did the salesman try to send me off with a single key, when he and the entire staff involved in this sale surely knew that two keys are typically provided with every car purchase. As of 8/16/19 I am still waiting for my second key More

My 13 year old son made a recommendation that we should look at the VW Atlas after he was researching cars online. We test drove an Atlas and knew it was our next car! The safety features, cargo room, look and style and safety rating sold us! Jim Mirreghabie was fun and easy to work with. He made us feel like “family”. We walked in and asked if they could beat another dealers price, he said give me a minute. He came back with terms that were acceptable to us. And a little bit later we were driving our new VW home. I have to say after owning 6 Toyota’s over the last 20 years. I love driving the Atlas and I enjoy walking out and seeing the Atlas in my driveway. I can’t say that about the other cars I’ve had. I would totally by another VW! More
