Only service mgr was wearing masks: all sales reps maskless. Told upon arrival that there was no record of my scheduled appointment- had to show manager my confirmation on my phone. Needed program add maskless. Told upon arrival that there was no record of my scheduled appointment- had to show manager my confirmation on my phone. Needed program added to onboard computer for initiating afterblower on ac to eliminate mildew growth. Manager said he's been in service 20 years and had never heard of that. I had to show him the diagnostic stating that this was the recommended solution from GM. Amazing this service department is still operating. My visit was a joke, and most of the employees were xxxxing zeroes. More

Service reps especially Rebecca DeAndre are very professional. Love the atmosphere. Always clean. Repair prices a bit costly. Understand it was Cadillac who wanted GMC/Buick separate.
