Great experience at Sommer's Subaru I had a great experience with Jim Naus at Sommer's Subaru. I was new to Subaru after my cars transmission started acting up. My boyfriend had been loo I had a great experience with Jim Naus at Sommer's Subaru. I was new to Subaru after my cars transmission started acting up. My boyfriend had been looking into other AWD vehicles and found Subaur had the highest ratings. Jim was very patient and informative when showing us the different models and features. Even though it was late in the day, he didn't push us to purchase and offered us a beverage while we waited. He answered all of our questions. I will definitely be recommending Jim to others looking for a new vehicle. More

And when we did encounter a surprise in the process that involved a 3rd party, Jim was quick to offer some creative solutions to keep everything on track. It was obvious that every detail of the customer experience had been thoroughly considered so that they anticipated our needs before we were even aware we had a need.
