1 because 0 isn’t an option. Car buying was messy and there was very little communication. But WORSE was after the fact. They do not keep their word. They cause their own problems then make it YOUR problem to deal with. It’s been one month with my car but it’s felt like an eternity because I’ve been commuting back and forth to this dealership to deal with the problems they leave me with and won’t work with me to solve them. Want an example? They lost the second key to the vehicle. Your trade in value PLUMMETS when this happens if it was the other way around and they just expect me to not care and not do anything about it unless I entrust them with the current only key to the vehicle. Finance department told me I was lying to my face when it was literally about my bank’s hours which is publicly available online to all and easily fact checked. Shop elsewhere. Disappointed entirely. More

Buying a car can be a stressful experience for many including myself. Especially when the purchase is being made out of state, it feels even more daunting. But my purchase experience at Boniface-Hiers including myself. Especially when the purchase is being made out of state, it feels even more daunting. But my purchase experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet ended up being a good one. Thomas was my sales rep and he was a straight shooter and friendly which helped. Initially I did have some issues with registration but Joy Carver really came through and helped hammer through the issues for me. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience and was sold a good car. Thank y'all. More

I have never been treated so well at a car dealership! First my salesman Matt Preston, went out of his way to help me get into the car i love!
