Best car purchase experience we've ever had In the past 30 years, we have purchased many brands of cars from a variety of dealers throughout the U.S. and Europe. This is by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We felt that the dealership staff truly had our best interest in mind, from helping us pick out just the right vehicle, through trading in our current car, to finishing with excellent financing and warranty options. It seemed very important to them that we have a really positive experience. For the first time ever, we left the lot extremely happy with a vehicle AND the purchase process. We will definitely purchase from this dealership again and will recommend them to our friends and family. More

A year later....... I bought a truck! I met Mickey Avaritt in Sept 2014 while looking to trade trucks. I had a set amount I wanted to spend, so I ended up buying another brand's "smaller" I met Mickey Avaritt in Sept 2014 while looking to trade trucks. I had a set amount I wanted to spend, so I ended up buying another brand's "smaller" truck, as I just didn't want to spend the additional $5K. Ten months later, I called Mickey and he began working to find me a "full size" truck with the accessories that I wanted for "near" the price I wanted to pay. I spoke with about 8 other dealerships and only two sales guys bothered to follow up. Mickey was one of them. I ended up trading my "smaller" truck and getting an F150 from Mickey at Miracle the last week of August, and I WISH I'd gotten this vehicle last year instead of the "smaller" truck to save a few dollars. Mickey was persistent in that he kept telling me "Don't buy from anyone else until you at least give me one more chance" and he grabbed this F150 coming off the delivery truck and called me to come see it. On one visit, Mickey was attending to his wife in the hospital and Charlie Piper worked with me and my wife for a couple test drives. We finalized our "deal" with Derrick Baker and Jim Morgan took care of the "money paperwork". Before we left, we met Jim Galvin, the owner. Very friendly and several times in our conversation he thanked us for our business. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and we're looking forward to MANY MANY years of enjoyment with our new F150 from Mickey at Miracle. More

They must be doing something right, for I am a very picky individual. I have had noting but a good relationship with the staff at Miracle, from the beginning, which was a 2010 Focus. I have found that everyone is more than helpful, but Mr. Earl Brown is one of the exceptional sales people that I have dealt with for all three purchases. Parts, Finance, Sales, the office ladies have always been courteous and friendly. More
