This was my first experience at the Burlington Audi dealership and I was very impressed with the quality of service and the capabilities of the team. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful in ad dealership and I was very impressed with the quality of service and the capabilities of the team. He looks out for my interests when my car is there for service, making sure that whatever repairs are necessary are covered by the warranty whenever possible, and he always makes sure I have some alternate transportation, providing a loaner car whenever I need one. The service set-up at Burlington Audi in general seems to be a good one. I've never had a problem obtaining a service appointment at a time which is convenient for me, and the repairs that have been done have been done right the first time. More

As some may be aware, Audi's have gotten some negative press lately due to oil consumption issues, and because of this problem, some might be a little nervous about purchasing one. Let me assure you that if you do have such a worry, Audi Burlington takes the issue very seriously and makes every effort to address it in a timely manner. When I brought my 2007 A4 in for its last service, I spoke with Jim Parolisi, who informed me that he wanted to run a test on the engine to see if my car was having this issue (it was). Without any prompting on my part, Jim informed me that all service would be performed free-of-charge, and it was completed within two days. Not only did Jim take the time to explain the cause of the problem and the steps that were taken to address it, but when I had a follow up question three days later, he responded to my emails within minutes. While it is never fun when something goes wrong with one's car, Jim definitely helped to make the process as painless as possible. For that reason, I'd highly recommend Audi Burlington for those looking to service an Audi or who are in the market to purchase one. More

I did not wait long to reach Jim and have a service scheduled with a loaner at my convenience. Since I was pressed for time the loaner was delivered to me at my convenience and it arrived exactly on t scheduled with a loaner at my convenience. Since I was pressed for time the loaner was delivered to me at my convenience and it arrived exactly on time. The loaner was another very audi which I really appreciated. The part needed to be ordered for my car on a Friday so I was notified and told exactly when the work would be done and when to expect the call. Again, the call came in on the day I was told. The service need was a recall and was considered under warranty and I really appreciated that my car was being taken care of in a professional manner and that audi was standing behind their product and service. Not only was the customer service attentive and courteous, but also made sure my car was in great working condition and washed for me before I drove it away. Not that is customer service and that I why I own an audi. :) More

The customer service was great - I was able to call and make an appointment for the following day. Jim was very responsive to me and my requests, whether it was preferred contact type email/phone/text (and actually using the preferred contact type), timing for dropping off/picking up, and just letting me know the status of my car. I previously had been going to Rt.9 Audi in Brookline, but foresee coming back to Audi of Burlington over the previous spot for all of these reasons. More

I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Audi Burlington for some time. I currently own Audi S4 series models and would not think of going to a different dealership for my service, because of Jim parolisi, for some time. Jim parolisi is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this team to any and all of my friends for their knowledge.Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I brought my 2007 A8 to Audi Burlington when the trunk stopped opening automatically. I was given a brand new A6 loaner for the week while they did the repair. Jim Parolisi, the service adviser, was thor stopped opening automatically. I was given a brand new A6 loaner for the week while they did the repair. Jim Parolisi, the service adviser, was thorough and responsive throughout and, as always, there was almost no hassle getting in and out of the dealership. The extended warranty covered most of the repair but not all and Audi Burlington voluntarily paid the difference which was quite exceptional. I'll definitely return. James Clarkeson More

While having my A4 overnight at Logan Airport, I found my car had been hit while parked and the backside damaged. Since the Herb Chambers Audi dealership is located close to my office I took the car to that car had been hit while parked and the backside damaged. I can say that the service manager Jim Parolisi was extremely curtious, helpful and made sure that any additional service I needed, such as top off of oil, were done. Jim also went to length to explain they had on there own initiative changed out a valve that was not up to spec which was causing my A4 to use excessive oil. The dealership in which I purchased the A4 had never mentioned or checked that even though it was pointed out numerous times. Jim made sure that a rental car was ready at my disposal and went out of the way to make sure it was easy for me to return the car directly or through the dealership. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Audi for service and in fact will continue to have my A4 serviced at this location from this point forward. Jim is a true professional More

Last week my Audi A-6 oil warning light came on and I found the level to be low when I checked the dip stick. This was the first time I experienced a low oil level in almost four years of ownership so I found the level to be low when I checked the dip stick. This was the first time I experienced a low oil level in almost four years of ownership so I called Jim Parolisi at Audi Burlington who told me to bring my car in rather than try to replace the oil myself and possibly use the wrong type. He said there was a recall to replace the engine breather that would reduce oil usage so my problem would not occur again. I asked if I should schedule my next minor maintenance at the same time. Jim replied that I had 4,500 miles before it was due and it would be OK to wait since he would top off the oil during the recall work. He also told me there was another recall they would do at the same time to replace the radiator mounts with an improved design to give the radiator better support. Jim told me there would be no charge for any of the work which included testing after the installations were completed.He was able to work me into their schedule at a convenient time for me and arranged for a new A-6 as a loaner vehicle. When I told Jim I preferred to pick my car up the next day to sync with an appointment in the area rather than come back that evening, Jim replied that this would not be a problem. When I returned the next morning my car was ready and as usual it had been washed and the interior cleaned. I have dealt with Jim Parolisi for several years and found him to be highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. When I had a frustrating experience with a front end alignment problem and out of round tire two years ago, Jim patiently worked through it with me during several visits until a solution was found and implemented, Regardless of the problem or question I have and no matter how busy he is, Jim calmly stays engaged on my issue or question until I'm satisfied.These are things you don't forget. I hope Audi Burlington realizes what an outstanding employee and company representative they have in Jim Parolisi. More

I purchased a CPO A6 a year ago, and it's due for 55k mi service. I called to schedule a visit, brought the car in the next day. No waiting line, Jim took notes of all my concerns, and within 30 minutes, I left in a loaner - also an A6. Got call from Jim in two days, and car was ready. Jim discussed all my concerns, which were either repaired under warranty, or explained what they did and why they thought it's normal, also had a recall serviced. The down side, the total bill (55k mi service + brake fluid flush) is over $1100, I think this is way too much. But this might be an Audi thing? I googled a little bit, the average I got from online is not much cheaper than what I paid. But still.... Overall, I had a good experiences. More
