I recently had my car serviced at Audi Burlington. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service at this dealership. I moved to the area from out of state over the Summer. I can tell you that Audi Burlington really goes above and beyond in comparison to my experiences at the dealership from which my car was purchased! This is my second Audi. Previously I owned a 2002 1.8 TT Coupe. I was looking to upgrade to a new TT or a Porsche. This time; however, I was looking for a brand new car (year 2014) with Bluetooth at the min Coupe. I was looking to upgrade to a new TT or a Porsche. This time; however, I was looking for a brand new car (year 2014) with Bluetooth at the minimum. Jon showed me the new Audi A5 and before I even test drove it I knew I wanted this car. Bang & Olufsen sound system, navigation, Bluetooth; the new design with front and real LED lights, this car is simply incredible. I got a fair price for my trade-in, and based on the work this dealership did on my TT over the years, I know they will take a good care of my A5 now and in the future. More

Great experience! The service on my car took longer than expected, but there was great communication and no issues about my keeping the loaner until my care was ready. The loaner was great and my car came expected, but there was great communication and no issues about my keeping the loaner until my care was ready. I have been a loyal customer with Burlington Audi since my first purchase of 2010 Audi A4 and my recent purchase/up grade of my 2013 Audi A6 2.0T. The employees of Burlington of Audi are one of the best, my first purchase of 2010 Audi A4 and my recent purchase/up grade of my 2013 Audi A6 2.0T. The employees of Burlington of Audi are one of the best, from services department, to sales, and finance department. I feel that I walked out satisfied and respected. Also, I have give to a special thanks to Mr. Peter Matton- Audi brand specialist. Mr. Matton is one of kindest sales person I ever met. He has been great help with first purchase A4 and help with trade and upgrade of A6. In my grade book I give Audi of Burlington and entire department an A++ and highly recommend any to this fine dealership! More

I can't say enough about the Service Dept at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington MA. I have never felt so confident in the fact that the service dept is fighting for me as their customer, and not workin Chambers Audi in Burlington MA. Both Jeff Buchholz and Jim Parolisi have handled several issues I had, and exceeded my expectations every time. They always get my vehicle in right away, arrange for a loaner vehicle, and have my car fixed ahead of schedule. Their due diligence and attention to detail has not only ensured my problems were covered by Audi, but have saved me many future problems as well. Buy with confidence, knowing the best team around will have your back. When I buy my next car here, I am asking for the commission to go to the service dept, because that is why I am buying here again! More

Jim Parolisi has always been terrific to deal with. Having an older A8L and he always make sure I leave with a comparable loaner car. I had an error message from car and called Audi Burlington from the rode. I brought the car right in and was given a loaner. Took a few days for them to get the part in to fix but no problem sinc Burlington from the rode. I brought the car right in and was given a loaner. Took a few days for them to get the part in to fix but no problem since i had a loaner car. Great thing is no charge as all was covered by warranty! Jim kept me informed along the way and service was excellent!! More

My first interaction was this past spring/summer when I was searching for a CPO Audi. They had a fully optioned model listed that was more than I needed but I stopped by on a whim to check it out anyway ( was searching for a CPO Audi. They had a fully optioned model listed that was more than I needed but I stopped by on a whim to check it out anyway (no appointment). A salesman greeted me in the showroom and knew exactly which car I referred to, showed me the vehicle, and offered a test drive. We chatted a bit about the options and model year differences, he introduced me to the sales manager, we exchanged info and I was on my way. No major pressure (despite it being the end of the month), the standard follow-up calls naturally came and were very professional. I ended up not buying from Herb Chambers and found a perfectly optioned vehicle out-of-state at a great price. But that's not where the story ends. They're still the most conveniently located dealer for me, and I've been back twice for routine maintenance. Online scheduling couldn't be easier, drop-off/pickup has been straightforward, the actual service has been completed as promised, and I've experienced great follow-up afterwards. You would think I bought the car there brand new! More
