Eager to help, but not pushy. While not expecting much I inquired about a car online and promptly received a phone call from Gary Goodman. He left a message and after calling back and talking to him I went in on my day off. The first thing I really liked about the dealership upon walking in was I didn't get swarmed by salesmen. Most car dealerships I have been to as soon as you pull into the parking lot you have 5 over eager people walking out trying to give you a sales pitch. That wasn't the case here. I walked in, went up to reception, said hello to a couple people, and they called Gary over the intercom. Gary was low pressure, he listened to what I wanted as well as my budget and showed me a nissan rogue he thought I would like. I did like the vehicle, but I really wanted a Hyundai so he showed me more. He explained the features of the vehicles without sounding like an infomercial selling oxiclean and I really appreciated that. In the end Gary helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he truly seemed like a down to earth, straight forward guy. I highly recommend calling up Rowe Auburn and asking for Gary if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I expecting smoke and mirrors with added fees and charges and didn’t get any! Gary Goodman was so easy to work with. He’s a regular guy like me and that made me feel comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck. Jim Robertson was great too. He did a great job explaining the extended service plan. It was great dealing with Steve Entrott as well. He did his best to get me every dollar that my trade was worth. This was the first time I felt good about buying a new vehicle...price, friendliness, comfort and knowledge, got it all here. More
