So I had to take away my 5 star do to the fact I purchased a pre owned vehicle that came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. Experiencing transmission issues and immediately took the vehicle back tw purchased a pre owned vehicle that came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. Experiencing transmission issues and immediately took the vehicle back twice and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with my truck. Sent it to a GM dealer myself to confirm it has a transmission problem and it was found immediately. Called Buchanan Kia to let them know what the dealer said oh and by the way they suggested it go to the dealer!! The old guy in service said oh well it’s out of warranty. You only had a 1 month 1,000 mile warranty which was a huge lie I wouldn’t have entertained this deal but I did because my sales person stated 3 month 3,000 miles I put 2500 miles on the truck at that time and they won’t honor the repair. None of my paper work says 1 month or 1000 miles nor does it say 3 month 3,000 miles. So if you buy ANYTHING from this dealership make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING because it’s convenient for them to alter warranties as they see fit. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Adams Chevrolet and was a loyal customer but I didn’t feel up to that drive so I came to Buchanan I bet you better believe I wished I carried my xxx up to Adams after this situation. Probably should have walked to ADAMS smh. Just be careful with these people and no your experience may not be the same as mine but if you buy GET THE xxxx IN WRITING More

bought new 2017 sorrenta 6/17. been coming back for service every 4000mi. oil change/tires rotated and balance. today 9/3/21 appointment for same service and decided to mark my tires. Went to pickup an service every 4000mi. oil change/tires rotated and balance. today 9/3/21 appointment for same service and decided to mark my tires. Went to pickup and asked if oil was changed/tires balanced and rotated. Told all was preformed. Went to my car and checked tire markings and they were still in same location. Went back in and told clerk and was told she would talk to mechanic. She came back and said it was done. We went to car and I showed her the markings and she said we just go side to side which they never did.Went back inside and she talked to the manager which said give him $15 discount. They gave $15 off of service and took my car back inside and put front tires on back and visa-versa. Never saying sorry or thanks. Also did not give the carwash as nornmal and did not repalce the next service sticker. Something has changed since my last appt. Dont know if its Management or service dept. Sort of makes me think they never balance or rotate the tires that I paid to have done also not sure about the oil changes. P.S. when I got home I tried calling Service,Parts and New Car Sales 1pm to 4pm. with no answer. Must be no answer calls Friday Customers beware of this place !!!!!!!!!! More

Alan, Finance Manager, went the extra yard also - he found a lower interest rate then what my credit union was offering - AWESOME JOB!!! Over all, this is my second car in three years that I have purchased from Buchanan KIA. What makes me go back is the Service folks; Jim Sands, Bill, and Craig are a great team and have always made me and my family feel welcome when we have service performed on our vehicles. More

ATTENTION: CHECK YOUR RECEITS, under COST OF PARTS !!!!! I was charged for 2 Rear Brake Rotors, at a cost of $168.20. These Rotors purchased by BUCHANAN KIA from NAPA, on Green St., which sells the Rotors f I was charged for 2 Rear Brake Rotors, at a cost of $168.20. These Rotors purchased by BUCHANAN KIA from NAPA, on Green St., which sells the Rotors for $35,10 ea. 2 Rotors, at Napa's cost, came to $70,20. BUT Buchanan KIA over DOUBLED the cost, charging me for $84.10 for ea., and a Total of $168.20. All for 2 parts, OVERCHARGING me, as a Vehicle Purchaser, and six year Regular Service Customer. PLEASE, take the time to review your receipts, especially, the cost of your parts. DON'T LET THEM KEEP RIPPING YOU OFF, like they did to me. AND if thinking about a vehicle purchase, DON'T BELIEVE their SO CALLED dedication to "SUPERIOR SERVICE", "USING ONLY FACTORY-AUTHORIZED PARTS". Remember, they OVERCHARGED, for inexpensive NAPA PARTS, by more then DOUBLE. Any concerns I had he took the time to personally address, and I am satisfied with the quality of the service I was provided.
