Decent Experience, But Please Don't Ignore Women Buyers Our agent was good to deal with and did not pressure at all. The closing took quite a bit of time, which I was not expecting, but it was fine. The only problem I had was that my husband was consistently complimented, from his shoes to his beard, and received hellos from almost every employee in the dealership. I, however, was essentially ignored. It definitely felt like they thought he was the decision maker and that they needed to butter him up to buy. The reality was the complete opposite and so the treatment was a bit insulting. Had I not planned on buying the vehicle before I arrived, I probably would have left without the deal just based on the misogyny that I experienced. Other than that, the experience is what I would have expected. More

I love my Murano!! Additionally I had some timing issues of my new car arriving, for which they graciously provided a loaner. I really enjoyed the walk-through of the dealership, how it's service department works, and a dedicated individual to additional options for my vehicle (Jay Caughey) They just made everything work with ease and I felt very catered to. Additionally, I feel very comfortable calling my salesmen up with any additional questions I might have as I get used to my awesome new Rouge (LOVE the car!) More

I talked to Jim Tang through texting before I actually went into the dealership and he set up a time for me with a sales man, who was Kirk Rose. Kirk was really helpful and his friendliness and professionalism was great. He worked with finance and they made this happen for me even it seemed like it would be impossible. I was able to get my dream car and and their customer service was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. More
