My salesman was great - very accommodating and he worked hard to get my business. The only reason for the four stars is because this transaction added four inquiries to my credit report. My score dropped a hard to get my business. The only reason for the four stars is because this transaction added four inquiries to my credit report. My score dropped a lot because of that, even though I only financed a small amount. I might have dropped another star because the sales manager gave false information about what was included with the purchase. But, I ended up with a great car and I can ding him in the next rating. More

I am very happy with all who work on my car but it is very difficult to get the appointment in the first place. No one in service department answers the phone . If you leave a message ,no one calls you b very difficult to get the appointment in the first place. No one in service department answers the phone . If you leave a message ,no one calls you back. Sometimes I leave a message and state I just have a quick question but no one calls me back. I will say once after 5 attempts to make a service app and no one calling back I asked to talk to a manager and was immediately helped and received an app in a treasonable time. Thank You Linda More

My Santa Fe will not start after sitting for a couple of days. We have replaced the battery. We keep taking it into the dealership and they tell us nothing is wrong. In fact, most recently they told us that days. We have replaced the battery. We keep taking it into the dealership and they tell us nothing is wrong. In fact, most recently they told us that we cannot expect a car to start after sitting for a couple of days. This is ridiculous and makes no sense at all. This is very disappointing since we just recently purchased a Palisade from the same dealership. If this is not resolved, we will never purchase another Hyundai. More

My car was kept for over a month, rental car wasn’t offered until more then a week went by. When I picked up my car the check engine light went on before I even left the lot. Took it back in, no part a offered until more then a week went by. When I picked up my car the check engine light went on before I even left the lot. Took it back in, no part available for 3 more weeks. Two additional mechanical issues occurred, these were asked to be fixed. Neither was addressed when I picked up my car again. So my heat nor my easy entry seat are working. I am dreading having to take my car in again, and this all began when car only had 9,000 miles on it. More

The salesman made it known he usually sold new cars and that because of stock had to sell used. The salesman and manager repeatedly tried to gaslight my husband and I when we brought up a noise we heard on that because of stock had to sell used. The salesman and manager repeatedly tried to gaslight my husband and I when we brought up a noise we heard on test drive. Only after we took the vehicle to our own mechanic did they fix the vehicle, but not before trying to gaslight us one more time. Would not buy a car from them again. More
