Getting through to the service department to schedule is very difficult. I left multiple messages with no response. Finally to get my appointment scheduled I had to ask for a manager and sit on hold for alm very difficult. I left multiple messages with no response. If I had known when I purchased my car that this would be the case I NEVER would have purchased from here. More
