I just had knee surgery so they said they’d pick up the vehicle which is only a few months old and still under warranty. Bought a pre certificates Hyundai vehicle 2020 inJuly. Had it for 2 weeks- serviced 2 times already. Think twice before buying from Boucher. Had set up an appointment to have a recalled part replaced. I was told the part was available but that they would not be able to fix it until the next month. The day before the appointment I received replaced. I was told the part was available but that they would not be able to fix it until the next month. The day before the appointment I received a call, reminding me to come in. I went in to have the car serviced and waited over 50 minutes, only to be told that the part had never come in. They then told me that they had no idea when the part would come in and would be unable to give me a call when it did. There are two other Hyundai dealers in the area. Hopefully, they can provide good customer service. More

My while you wait “The works” oil change should have taken an hour but ended up taking over two.
