Wrote for an internet quote on a specific car, Escape. Got a really great deal, and spoke with honest, accommodating people. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at Castrucci. They make the process as simple and straight forward as possible. The prices is always great, they work with me to get me in-and-out of the dealersh They make the process as simple and straight forward as possible. The prices is always great, they work with me to get me in-and-out of the dealership quickly. There is no high-pressure sales effort. Everything about the process is perfect. I buy mostly Ford products, and after visiting other dealerships trying to make deals work, only Castrucci has consistently made it the easiest and fastest. More

Just had an excellent experience. The deal I got on my new Ford Fusion and Mustang was great. The salesmen were curtious and very helpful. It was about 7 months ago that we first met Jim. When we were just starting to think about buying a ford focus. It wasen't about till the last week of July that we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Foc were just starting to think about buying a ford focus. It wasen't about till the last week of July that we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Focus. There was no doubt in our minds who we were going to see, Jim of course. I first sent him an email and he responded very quickly. Over the next few days Jim and I conversed via email and when we arrived at dealership Saturday night Jim was there waiting for us. We spend about an hour going through the focuses he had on the lot. After many flip flops with my wife trying to choose 4 or 5 door what color and options, she finally choose her car. Jim immediatly took to the sales office to locate one. In a few minutes he said they found it and they would do a delaer trade and have it the next day. We signed the dotted line and the following afternoon he called and we drove off with our new focus. Jim was great and provided excellent advise and overall was just great to deal with. We were lucky to have him as our salesman. More

I decided to shop for a new truck. I test drove the Toyata Tundra, The Chevrolet Sierra, and the Ford F-150. The Ford F-150 actually won hands down. My next step was going to the Ford Dealership jus Toyata Tundra, The Chevrolet Sierra, and the Ford F-150. The Ford F-150 actually won hands down. My next step was going to the Ford Dealership just about 4 miles from my house. I test Drove again the F-150 that I wanted. I asked my sales person to quote me a price, and to print something out for me. He walked away, and returned with a business card that on the back of the card he hand wrote "$5000 off sticker, $6000 off with Fin". I walked out of Walt Sweeney shaking my head, thinking to myself, I asked for a print out, and they scribble notes on the back of a business card. A friend of mine named Dave had bought a F150 from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford OH. This dealership is 28 miles away, and a 45 minute Drive depending on traffic. I went to the Web site, and checked out the F-150s in their inventory. I checked out the inventories of other Ford Dealerships online also, including Cronin Ford, Fuller Ford, Walt Sweeney Ford, Kings Ford, Beechmont Ford, and Woody Sander Ford. I began the process of shopping for the best price, and after only one day of trying to get the best price, I had a clear winner with Mike Castrucci Ford. I received a price quote from Jim Turner that I was happy with. I then received a better price from Woody Sander Ford for the same vehicle. The difference was over a thousand dollars. I really Liked Jim, but he had just lost my business, or I thought. A little later Jim called me back, and gave me the offer I could not beat. I truly could not have found a nicer gentleman to have for car salesman. I made 45 minute trip to my New Ford Dealer. Once I arrived, Jim Tossed me the keys, and said take her for a spin while I get some of this paper work started. I did as he asked, and I absolutely loved my new Ford F-150. I came back and Jim said have some breakfast. (Jim bought me breakfast) I had two sausage sandwiches, a diet Pepsi, and made the deal. We were unable to come to an agreement on a price for my trade in, so I decided to keep it. Jim offered to keep it at the Dealership until I could come back and pick it up. The next Day I asked Jim if their was someplace close by the dealership where I could get my old car Detailed, and Jim Offered to take it their for me. I felt as if I just made a new friend, named Jim Turner. I felt completely comfortable with everyone I dealt with, and spoke to. A Great experience for buying a new Ford. Thank you Jim Turner, and thank you Mike Castrucci. More

I went to Mike Castrucci Ford because I was in a messy situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so much back pain that I couldn't even drive it. 1 week later and only 750 miles on the vehicle, Honda told me there was nothing they could do. Jim was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. He was genuine and I could really tell that he was doing everything he could to help me get out of a bad situation. I knew I was going to take a loss and after a bit of negotiation, Jim and Bobby really came through for me and did their best to minimize it. They got me into a 2012 Ford Fusion with amazingly comfortable seats and a zillion more features than the accord. I know I will be very happy with my vehicle for the years to come. I'm very thankful that there are still people out there that really do care about the customer and just aren't in it to make a buck no matter what they have to do. I would highly recommend Mike Castrucci to anyone reading this review. See Jim Turner and he will take great care of you! More

Came from Charleston WV to buy my 2011 Ford Fusion Sport (GREAT CAR) They had more 2011 Fusions on ther lot than all 4 of the Ford Dealers in my erea combined. The whole staff was great!
