After spending weeks looking all over a three state area on websites, I narrowed my search to three dealerships. One had me drive over an hour only to find out the truck I had picked was sold before it was put on the web site. The other insulted me with their offer on my trade in. Finally, I met Jim Valesky, a sales rep for Klaben Ford of Warren. Jim went above and beyond to get me a great deal, good financing, and he put me in an F-150 that had all the extras I wanted and spent the time with me to make sure I knew how to use them. My wife will be looking for a new Ford soon and I guarantee, we will be back at Klaben to see Jim when she is ready tu start looking. Thanks for great customer service. More

Their service was exceptional and the dealership was immaculate. The whole process was quite painless and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase a Ford product. The 2009 Mariner gave me no problems for the seven years that I had it. It took care of me in all kinds of rough weather and was great on gas. That was my first Ford product and I am now extremely loyal to Ford Motor Company. My father is a General Motors retiree, but I will stick with Fords! !!!!!! More
