I do not remember names of service dept with my first visit but they were great. My last visit was my vehicle only. Your Car Porters very friendly. Mr. Jim Vertucci was the sales manager that helped me the day I went looking for a new car. This man was the nicest, most honest man I've ever had to deal with. NO HASSLE. NO PRESSURE. NO BULLSH!T!!! I don't day I went looking for a new car. This man was the nicest, most honest man I've ever had to deal with. NO HASSLE. NO PRESSURE. NO BULLSH!T!!! I don't know how the rest of the sales people operate there, but if you go to Rizza Ford looking for a new vehicle of any sort...please ask for Jim! He will not, and can not steer you wrong!!! When I buy again...I will ONLY buy from Jim Vertucci...at Rizza Ford!!! More

Everyone is very nice. I have no problem with the dealership. I have a problem with Ford not standing behind there vehicles and what is covered and what is not covered on th I have no problem with the dealership. I have a problem with Ford not standing behind there vehicles and what is covered and what is not covered on the warranty. Too many calls to customer service saying to do this or that and then everything would be fine and covered, then after running around wasting my time to find out it was a wild goose chase and it wasn't covered by the warranty. I will think twice before purchasing another Ford vehicle. More
