Joe Rizza Ford / Lincoln has a great staff of knowledgeable people. They care for their customers putting them first over a sale, there is no pressure. Customer service is terrible. There is one issue with my vehicle remains. I expect nothing different. I will never return to put shade a car nor will I have my car serviced there both sales department my vehicle remains. I expect nothing different. I will never return to put shade a car nor will I have my car serviced there both sales department and service department needs training. And I really believe it’s a racial issue. Could be wrong. Don’t know for sure. But it felt racial. I don’t think I will return. Scott was ok. But I was there for 30 minutes before help was received. That guy tony is terrible. Just horrible. More

I made the sale easy. I didn’t ask for a lower price. I gave the extra money on the down payment, didn’t have to. My issue is that I heard another salesman say he was going to fill the tank of another buy gave the extra money on the down payment, didn’t have to. My issue is that I heard another salesman say he was going to fill the tank of another buyer. I left with extra low gas. Also, this vehicle needs an oil change. Car was not cleaned. Windows look like a film all over them. Other things I noticed but ok. More
