( I had brakes replaced on another vehicle by my Ford Dealer for less than half the price). Was told that the car needed pads and rotors. I elected to have another mechanic do the work, and he showed me what was needed. The pads did need to be replaced, but the rotors were nearly perfect. As a result, I had the brakes repaired at a savings of around $400. I already knew that the oil change was expensive, and after the quote and results of the brake job, I believe my 7 year relationship with Kia is over. I don't mind paying for great service, but I hate being taken advantage of. Also, trying to submit this survey is not good. More
