The Oil Change comes with a multipoint inspection, and this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was deemed in good condition. My brand new top of the line Goodyear tires were marked a 6 in tread… I only go there to get the actual oil change. And even then, they can’t tell you how your oil looked. Not sure how much experience the techs have, in light of past experiences. More
