Quick, reasonable, customer friendly I was a “drive in” for an oil change, I usually bring my own oil and filter and I requested they not wash my car because it had recently been painted I was a “drive in” for an oil change, I usually bring my own oil and filter and I requested they not wash my car because it had recently been painted and they were very quick, understanding and efficient. I can change my own oil but they make it so much easier with a toddler. More

75000 mile checkup and low tire pressure light I came in with my problems. I was treated respectfully, My concerns wee addressed. The tech noticed that my registration was expired I of course told I came in with my problems. I was treated respectfully, My concerns wee addressed. The tech noticed that my registration was expired I of course told him to have my car inspected. During the inspection two problems came up. The tech told me of the problems and the approximaae cost, The work was completed in a quick professional manner. I am very pleased with the dealership. More

somewhat satisfied I was satisfied with the service i had until a day later i discovered a new problem with my car that i didnt have prior to service. I had my gear shi I was satisfied with the service i had until a day later i discovered a new problem with my car that i didnt have prior to service. I had my gear shift stick fixed, bad sensor issue. Now, my key remote doesnt work with my car. When my husband called to complain, they said oh we forgot to reset something in the computer and to bring my car and keys back. Which wouldnt be a problem but i rely heavily on my vehicle and i dont have any days coming up where i can go a few hours without having to be somewhere important. My suggestion would be dont release a vehicle to your customers until you check things like this...such an inconvenience!!!! More

Terrible customer service 2019 Kia Sorento was recalled for service and is having transmission problems. Car is still under warranty. They will not schedule service on a Saturday because they "only have 2 employees." I work in health care and cannot cancel my patients to take my car in for service. I will never buy from them and if you're looking for good customer service once you do purchase, I recommend you steer clear. More
