I went in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The front brakes failed inspection and I was presented with an quote of $632.97 for replacement of the front rotors and brakes. I inquired about the possibility of simply replacing the brakes and was told that the rotors could be resurfaced and the brakes replaced for $378.42. I asked for pictures of the rotors and the surface advisor provided them in a timely and efficient manner. I ultimately decided to purchase the parts to replace all four rotors and brakes myself for The vehicle passed inspection a week later. The service advisor was professional and respectful at all times even though I chose complete the work myself. More

The Oil Change comes with a multipoint inspection, and this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was dee this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was deemed in good condition. My brand new top of the line Goodyear tires were marked a 6 in tread… I only go there to get the actual oil change. And even then, they can’t tell you how your oil looked. Not sure how much experience the techs have, in light of past experiences. More
