The service manager’s standard response over the last eight years (90,000) mile extended warranty has been, “that’s not covered by the warranty”. I needed to go to the dealership manager on more than eight years (90,000) mile extended warranty has been, “that’s not covered by the warranty”. I needed to go to the dealership manager on more than one occasion to check/verify coverage. I do not recommend using this service as they are habitually dishonest. The service manager’s name is Warren. I have purchased vehicles since the 90s. I will not return to Victory Honda, nor would I recommend them. More
