I have been servicing my CRV &MDX with this dealer since 2018, recently their quality of service is deteriorated drastically. Two incidents 1) repair of Acura MDX window lift motor. Spent $350, failed to 2018, recently their quality of service is deteriorated drastically. Two incidents 1) repair of Acura MDX window lift motor. Spent $350, failed to operate within a block of leaving from the dealer. 2) CRV , oil leak from diff. Dealer service tech said I have to replace diff because drain plug was damaged. Preciously the same dealer replaced the drain plug. Shoddy work practice of using impact gun , not paying attention to details are the root causes. Thoroughly disappointed. Don’t recommend this dealer for any service work! More
