I felt dismissed. I had an appointment and requested a loaner, was told it was taken care of. Nope. I brought the car in to be serviced but the told me they could I had an appointment and requested a loaner, was told it was taken care of. Nope. I brought the car in to be serviced but the told me they could only try to diagnose the issue. It took from before 9 in the morning until after 5:00 for that to happen and now I have to take another day to go in for the repair. I am a single woman who depends on her one and only car. I wrk full time with few compensation days for taking time off. I know in some respects they tried to make good but it was very stressful and time consuming and now I have to figure out transportation to take it in and get back there without a car. They dropped the ball because I did my due diligence in getting an appointment and calling ahead to get transportation provided. It didn’t happen and it was very frustrating. Really quite disappointing. More
