Team Spirit I was impressed with the "team" response I was given. I didn't have to wait on any one person most of the time. No Tricks I was just looking on line at a particular Countryman, and used their "trade-in estimator" tool to figure a potential trade allowance for my car. I d I was just looking on line at a particular Countryman, and used their "trade-in estimator" tool to figure a potential trade allowance for my car. I didn't like what I saw, but while I was on line the dealership called me. I convinced me to ignore the estimator tool and asked what it would take to trade for that Countryman. Long story short, I went in the following day and the staff worked a deal that actually costs me less in a monthly payment than what I was already paying. They actually did what they said they could do, so no tricks or games to make a deal. I was very happy with everyone, especially my salesman Jimi Mingo! More

Jimi helped with searching the USA dealerships for a Mini already here, but I ended up building my own. Every call to the dealership was promptly answered and forwarded to the proper person. The Best Mini Experience Ever! I owned a MINI hardtop from 2005 until 2012, when I totaled it on a highway near home. When I realized that a MINI Countryman would fulfill my desire I owned a MINI hardtop from 2005 until 2012, when I totaled it on a highway near home. When I realized that a MINI Countryman would fulfill my desire for an AWD and put me back into a MINI, I looked all over North Carolina and South Carolina! I considered the best dealership to be the one nearest me. Their prices were the best, and their reputation for service was good. So I returned to the salesman who had helped me a year ago. He told me that he had a 2017 AWD MINI COUNTRYMAN--blue with white trim. I was getting ready for the two-hour drive to the MINI dealership when the salesman called me to say the car had just been sold!!! There were no other AWD Countryman cars available there. But one employee at that MINI dealership suggested that I look at hendrickauto.com. I could not get the Countryman out of my mind, so I followed her directions. The only car in the Southeast (that wasn't $40,000--above my price range) was the black MINI Countryman in Atlanta, and it was even a 2018 model! So I made the call, and spoke for quite awhile with Daniel Llamas. After we finalized the deal, he passed me on to Jimi Mingo, who has continued to be available to me with any help that I need. And finally, Milton Meeks completed the financial details with me. And then, within 24 hours, my new MINI was in my driveway!!! Mall of Georgia MINI had hired a driver to deliver it to me!!! I am SO VERY HAPPY with every aspect of my business with Mall of Georgia MINI! And I will recommend Jimi Mingo, a great sales representative. More
