Another Mini from Mall of Georgia Mini! Just purchased my Certified 2018 Mini Cooper S from Jimi Mingo at mallofgamini.com. I had been speaking with him and John Secondo regarding finding a Just purchased my Certified 2018 Mini Cooper S from Jimi Mingo at mallofgamini.com. I had been speaking with him and John Secondo regarding finding a Mini that suited my needs. This is my second purchase from this dealership even though they are located 276 miles from my home. The reasons I drive so far? A) Huge selection, B) Competitive fair pricing and C) Great staff to work with. When I arrived somewhat bleary eyed from the drive, Jimi was there to greet me, offered a much needed cup of coffee and had my "prospect" clean and ready for a test drive. A nicer, funnier, more qualified salesman you'd be hard pressed to find. He was a joy to work with and made the numbers work. All the staff there are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Once we had the numbers, Paul in finance took me through the paperwork while Jimi kept an eye on service as I had them swap out tires and activate my Sirius radio. All in all a great experience. Team Spirit I was impressed with the "team" response I was given. I didn't have to wait on any one person most of the time. If one sales person had another custom I was impressed with the "team" response I was given. I didn't have to wait on any one person most of the time. If one sales person had another customer, another sales person was there to assist me and make sure I didn't feel neglected. Everyone was most courteous and helpful. My mother-in-law passed away while I was going through this buying process and every staff person I encountered expressed their condolences. I truly appreciated the very personal service I received. No Tricks I was just looking on line at a particular Countryman, and used their "trade-in estimator" tool to figure a potential trade allowance for my car. I d I was just looking on line at a particular Countryman, and used their "trade-in estimator" tool to figure a potential trade allowance for my car. I didn't like what I saw, but while I was on line the dealership called me. I convinced me to ignore the estimator tool and asked what it would take to trade for that Countryman. Long story short, I went in the following day and the staff worked a deal that actually costs me less in a monthly payment than what I was already paying. They actually did what they said they could do, so no tricks or games to make a deal. I was very happy with everyone, especially my salesman Jimi Mingo! More

Jimi helped with searching the USA dealerships for a Mini already here, but I ended up building my own. Every call to the dealership was promptly answered and forwarded to the proper person. I traveled quite a distance to see a Mini dealer and they did not disappoint me. More
