I am new to DTLA Toyota and had scheduled appreciation for the excellent service I received from your staff. I had another great service experience. I am new to DTLA Toyota and had scheduled my routine maintenance a week ago. My steering wheel started to peel after a hot day in Sept 2022 and Jimmie was able to get the paperwork through and the replacement approved under warranty! I was able to drop off and pick up my car in a very timely manner. Everyone was nice, friendly, and attentive. I want to commend Jimmie for his professionalism and efficiency. He was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He is a valuable asset to your team. I also appreciate the convenience and quality of your service center. If you're dropping your car off early in the morning there can be a 15 minute or longer wait but it also helps to set an appointment beforehand. This is my first time going to DTLA Toyota. I just started working in downtown coming from Culver City. I was going to miss Marina Del Rey Toyota but Jimmie really took care me. I was provided with a ride to work when I dropped my car off in the morning and the communication was convenient and came often. I always knew what was going on with my car while it was being serviced. Very top tier service for my first experience. I left very happy. I also had a problem with my steering wheel because of a manufacturing defect and Jimmie got it taken care of and approved for replacement. I am very happy to have found another service center that I can trust going forward. More
