My experience at this dealership on 10/7/23 was good and the outcome was very good. They have knowledgeable service advisors that help you with your car issues and make sure your questions are answered. I’m the outcome was very good. I took my car in for second key recall and after waiting in car like for almost 1 hour waiting to be helped, despite having an appointment, shimmy was very nice and helpful. Even set up Lyft ride for me as in car like for almost 1 hour waiting to be helped, despite having an appointment, shimmy was very nice and helpful. Even set up Lyft ride for me as it would be too long if a wait for me to stay. Ultimately car was ready sooner than promised but when I returned Jimmy asked if I had gone through 3rd part my vendor or dealer directly to set my appointment. I advised I had called dealer directly, seevice dept on Friday 9/1 and confirmed with Danny that my car was eligible for the recall and he transferred me to the appointment desk where a girl I soooke to told me I had to set appointment because the key had to be ordered. We set for Friday 9/8/23. Jimmy advised they key had not been ordered and so in order to help me he was able to provide me with 2nd key from another customer who had appointment. Ext day and ordered a new one for him. I appreciated his quick thinking to help me and avoid such a loss of time for me. But I do feel that other workers need to be aware to keep up there end of the work so things like this don’t happen as any customer would be extremely upset at losing day of work to deal with it and then not even be helped as expected. Thank you Jimmy for all your professionalism and going out of your way to help me. More
