Didn't have to play the numbers game! I have nothing but good things to sale about Fallon Auto Mall. We were shopping for a new car and went to Toyota in Reno. Reno didn't have the car, I have nothing but good things to sale about Fallon Auto Mall. We were shopping for a new car and went to Toyota in Reno. Reno didn't have the car, they were going to charge a very expensive dealer to dealer charge, kept adding additional pricey upgrades we didn't ask for, kept us waiting for a long time, did not come down on their price until we showed them the exact same car at a different location for 3K cheaper from our phone, and their service attitude could use some improvements. When we went to Fallon Auto Mall, they were able to find the car we wanted, no additional charges, no dealer to dealer fee, and their attitude was awesome. When the car came in, we did not wait long to sign papers. Jimmy made sure we were entertained for our wait by showing me all the features my new car offered and making sure my phone was connected to the car's bluetooth feature. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want or any phony car salesman persona. More

I have never experienced this level of service and honisty Fallon Auto Mall in Fallon, Nevada of all the dealerships I have bought cars at from five stare Chrysler dealerships such as Air Park Chrysler Jeep in Fallon Auto Mall in Fallon, Nevada of all the dealerships I have bought cars at from five stare Chrysler dealerships such as Air Park Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale Arizona to Lithia cars lots ranging from Subaru/Chrysler-Jeeps/ etc.. all over the West has everyone of them beat hands down!!! Not since the sixties has any car or truck dealership treated me with the respect of straight forward this is what we can do to finding out the next day when your sales representative actually brought the final paper work to our home for final approval from my wife and I, even though Fallon Auto Mall not knowing if my wife and I would do the deal or not, be that courteous and willing to work with my time schedule and calendar to Fallon Auto Mall's impeccable manners but most of all their truthfulness and willingness to go that extra not mile but literally Miles to not only make a deal happen but make it the very best deal my wife and I have ever encountered on a new car or if we wanted a five start used car. I cannot say enough good things about my personal experience with "FALLON AUTO MALL" of Fallon, Nevada. I actually felt like I had just bought my favorite Ice cream from an old family owned establishment.
