While other dealerships and salespersons were very short with her , Eugene took the time to answer her questions and spend time with her showing her vehicles in her price range. A month later I returned to the Westbury dealership with her to look again and Eugene remembered her and spent hours going over the jeeps he had in stock. We purchased a jeep from Eugene 3 day's later.Eugene and Jim made our buying experience very pleasant. We live in rye , ny and though there are many dealerships closer to us Eugene's customer service and the time he took working with my daughter made us choose Westbuy Jeep Chrysler Dodge. More

Shawn's listened to our story - what we wanted, what we needed and what we could afford in a car. Shawn made sure that our new car had everything we felt was necessary and that would fit our budget. On the test drive, he was very patient - explaining all the features of the car while letting us put it through its paces. Jim Ganga worked with us to get us the best possible rate for our loan. Both of these gentlemen could not have been nicer .... friendly, helpful and understanding. My husband and I already own a jeep liberty. We went to Westbury Jeep just to get an appraisal on my Toyota. We looked online and saw there was another jeep liberty for sale and it was a great price. Since the weather in NY has been nothing but snow for the past month, we figured let's just get some information. The appraisal for my Toyota was more than fair. Chris took the time to sit with us and explain the car fax for both my car and the jeep we were looking at. His desk was stacked sky high with work and people in and out of his office, but he still went beyond his "job description" to spend an extra 15 minutes with us. Once my husband and I decided to get the ball rolling, we worked with Eugene. He took down all of the information needed to start the process. Because it was a Friday night, we had to wait until Saturday for all the financial work. We left a deposit to hold the car. Saturday morning at 9am, Jimmy called with all the financing information ready to go. He was more than willing to work with us and give us a fair price. By 10:30am the sale was complete. The truck was ready for pick up at 5pm and in my driveway at 6pm. Eugene had all the paperwork ready to go as soon as we walked in the door. Chris, Eugene and Jimmy all greeted us at the door. I have never had such a positive, smooth experience in buying a car before. There was no game playing! Everyone was straight forward and willing to work with us to make this a positive experience. I came in to Westbury Jeep wanting to trade in my 335i BMW and get into a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly receptionist and then referred to Shawn. I told him exactly what i wanted to do and he put me through to the best way. I told him exactly what i was looking for in the car and he got me the perfect one. I told him where i wanted my price to be and her nailed it. He was so sweet and generous and really tried his ultimate best to get me into a new car with all my wants/needs and payment. After selecting a car and working out prices I spoke to Jimmy about getting the loan. For being a student with a not so large credit history it was not very easy but he did it!! I was approved the same day within hours of the car selection. Overall it was an amazing experience and I certainly am referring all my friends and family to Shawn. Him and Jimmy were amazing and i look forward to future sales with them. EVERYONE GO TO THEM THEY ARE THE BEST :) More
