We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Jeff Freeman was our assigned salesman. Jeff was very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. He genuinely wanted us to have a good expe door and Jeff Freeman was our assigned salesman. Jeff was very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. He genuinely wanted us to have a good experience with the dealership. He brought us outside to look at what he had available. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of every feature that the vehicles had and answered all of our questions. He then escorted us into the showroom and brought us refreshments. Because of our visit with Jeff, 2 days later we went back to Westbury Jeep to purchase a vehicle from him. After he was finished with the paperwork, he handed us off to James Ganga (finance manager). James is also very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. James worked with us to make a deal that fit our financial requirements perfectly. By far the best auto dealership we've ever had and we would have no hesitation recommending them to family, friends or anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

I have been looking for the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams for a couple of years. I purchased a cherokee 5 years ago; but always wanted a wrangler. I saw the Wrangler posted on Autotrader.com and then called the dealership checking if it was still available. It was I stoped by after work. Meet Alex and he was extremely nice and informative. I am a store manager in a luxury retail store. I teach sales techniques to sales professionals. I did not feel like I was working with someone who was trying to sale the car to me at West Bury Jeep. I felt I was working with a genuine individual who cared about what I wanted. Alex was great. When it came to financing I was already approved before from a creditor. They worked with the creditors and Jim from finance got me a lower rate. They call my insurance had my new incurance card when i came to purchase. They where so prepared for me when I was to pick my new Jeep. All I had to do was drive to the dealer sign the paper work which took less than 30 mins. Recommed Westbury Jeep and Alex to anyone. More

This is how a dealership should be run. Others take note, you might learn something here. And this is coming from a person which I'm sure the "typical" salesman despises. Yes, I am "that guy". First, Chri you might learn something here. And this is coming from a person which I'm sure the "typical" salesman despises. Yes, I am "that guy". First, Chris Schmitt found me my vehicle (what I wanted was very specific in color and options) in one phone call! Great guy to deal with and took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted. A+ After setting up an appointment I was greeted by Chris and Alex Lutsius at the dealership, who showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive. Let me say that Alex knows his vehicles. He took the time to explain all the options and features, interior and exterior. Very personable and professional. And this was outside in one of the hottest days here on Long Island! I felt he wasn't "selling" me the vehicle, but "teaching" me about it. He was not your typical salesman, trying to push this or that on you, but actually taking the time to make sure you understood things. A+ Next I met James Ganga in Finance. Again, not your typical "You need to buy this or that" type of guy, but straight forward and honest. He got me a great rate and a deal on a warranty. Again, very friendly and professional. A+ <--Are you seeing a trend here? So to wrap things up, please re-read my first sentence. And if the higher ups are reading this, give these guys a bottle of scotch! I didn't rate quality of work because I have not yet had to bring this vehicle in for service. More
