Found and qualified for a specific vehicle through Cargurus. Completed financing paperwork on line. Vehicle located at Town East Ford. Called to confirm details and then drove 3 hours to finalize the Cargurus. Completed financing paperwork on line. Vehicle located at Town East Ford. Called to confirm details and then drove 3 hours to finalize the deal. Once there, was told they would not honor the Car Guru advertisement. It was back and forth between salesman, who was very nice, and the manager, who never approached until I was walking away in anger. He actually ran out onto parking lot to beg me to complete deal. Six hours! at this dealership. The whole process was sheisty and distasteful. I was even harassed simply for going to find lunch after sitting for 3 hours. This dealership is exemplary of the conartistry associated with used car lots. I can only vow never again! I offer the salesman a great review because he was very nice and personable, and it was obvious he was simply relaying messages from management and had little control over the issues. The management even made him appear to be a liar, which was unfair to him. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE EVER! ! We talked to Gamaliel Benitez about a car we were interested in. We live in San Antonio and told him we were 5 hours away and willing to drive for t ! We live in San Antonio and told him we were 5 hours away and willing to drive for this car but wanted to confirm it was ours before making the trip. He said it was and gave us his word, pulled our credit and took a $1000 deposit. 2 hours away, the manager Steve, calls us to let us know they sold the car and had absolutely no remorse and basically said we will give you the deposit and didn’t even offer to show us any other deals since they already pulled our credit!!! We have called multiple times to talk to Steve and he is ignoring our calls now. Please don’t come here, they have absolutely no human integrity. More
