The BEST! ! I was searching online and found a Bronco Wildtrak on the Town East site. When I called to see if it was available, Cory answered and explained tol ! When I called to see if it was available, Cory answered and explained told me it was being sold as we spoke and he would me call ASAP if anything changed. THANKFULLY 20 minutes later he called me and told me it was available and to hurry in before it sold. What really stood out is that he had it pulled up and ready for me to test drive before I even got there. It was his 3rd ever sale and he couldn't have been more professional. I would have never guessed it was his first month. Amazing customer service and I got my dream Bronco! Thank you Cory!! More

Found and qualified for a specific vehicle through Cargurus. Completed financing paperwork on line. Vehicle located at Town East Ford. Called to confirm details and then drove 3 hours to finalize the Cargurus. Completed financing paperwork on line. Vehicle located at Town East Ford. Called to confirm details and then drove 3 hours to finalize the deal. Once there, was told they would not honor the Car Guru advertisement. It was back and forth between salesman, who was very nice, and the manager, who never approached until I was walking away in anger. He actually ran out onto parking lot to beg me to complete deal. Six hours! at this dealership. The whole process was sheisty and distasteful. I was even harassed simply for going to find lunch after sitting for 3 hours. This dealership is exemplary of the conartistry associated with used car lots. I can only vow never again! I offer the salesman a great review because he was very nice and personable, and it was obvious he was simply relaying messages from management and had little control over the issues. The management even made him appear to be a liar, which was unfair to him. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE EVER! ! We talked to Gamaliel Benitez about a car we were interested in. We live in San Antonio and told him we were 5 hours away and willing to drive for t ! He said it was and gave us his word, pulled our credit and took a $1000 deposit. 2 hours away, the manager Steve, calls us to let us know they sold the car and had absolutely no remorse and basically said we will give you the deposit and didn’t even offer to show us any other deals since they already pulled our credit!!! We have called multiple times to talk to Steve and he is ignoring our calls now. Please don’t come here, they have absolutely no human integrity. More

If I can add a 0 star I would.. unfortunately we went there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the bank couldn’t finance me the car because of the high mileage which doesn’t makes sense at all and was a lie because once we left the car was pulled back to the front office obviously they had someone interested in it who obviously had a high down payment upfront for it cause the next day the car was off the market. I’m upset because that’s not professional at all I was approved but last minute they pulled this xx on me about mileage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend they at all their interest is about money not about helping families get their dream car . I hate that I wasted 5 hours for them to low ball me into leaving so they can sell it to someone who got there last hour before store closes when I was there for 5hrs approved and almost done signing.. More
