Service is always great! Purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. Within 3 years of ownership I’ve had to bring the car back to replace the headlight assembly due to the HID Purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. Within 3 years of ownership I’ve had to bring the car back to replace the headlight assembly due to the HID DRLs not working/fading. Thankfully the replacements were under warranty. I’m afraid, once the warranty has expired, I’d have to replace them out of pocket. Not sure if this has been a recurring problem or not. Other than that both the Service and the car gave Vern exceptional. More

Replaced a 2016 airbag recall on my used Honda Jimmy gave me excellent service. He was very friendly, but took care of me in a timely fashion. We brought the car in at 1:00 with an appointment an Jimmy gave me excellent service. He was very friendly, but took care of me in a timely fashion. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance service and Jimmy is a My service representative, Jimmy Harris, was great!! This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance service and Jimmy is always making sure that all my maintenance services are up to date. Any services that may run higher than my budget at that time, Jimmy is very helpful in prioritizing for me which services can fit my budget and then proposes a plan to get any other items done during future routine maintenance visits. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle! More

Service with an Unexpected Upside My Son took his car into get service, and advised he was waiting for the car, however, there must have been a miscommunication. After a couple of hou My Son took his car into get service, and advised he was waiting for the car, however, there must have been a miscommunication. After a couple of hours had passed, and past the time he was told it would be ready, he needed to go to work. He called me (Dad) to come an pick him up and take him to work, when I spoke to the Service Advisor, they acknowledge the time, however, they though he left it and wasn't waiting. Once they found out he was still there, they completed his service in a timely fashion, he made it to work, a little late. As an apology for the confusion, they gave us a free oil change on them, the next time... I didn't ask for it, they did it just because... and that is the reason for my rating. They didn't do anything wrong, it was just a miscommunication (probably on my Son's side, you know how teenagers are...) regardless, they created an unexpected upside... so Thank You. More
