I had a great experience at Bridgewater Kia. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, but never a Kia. I didn't know of a good dealer in my area that I could trust, but after reading other reviews, I purchased a lot of cars in my life, but never a Kia. I didn't know of a good dealer in my area that I could trust, but after reading other reviews, I decided to try them. I am very glad I did! My experience started online, followed by a call from Jake for intake, and then he matched me with Jimmy for the rest of the sales process. I am an educated car consumer, so we were able to do all the negotiation remotely on a new Stinger, settled on a fair deal, and executed it two days later. It was a great experience. No surprises, every commitment from Jimmy and his management were upheld, and any follow up I needed after taking delivery was taken care of with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jimmy and the Bridgewater Kia team. Here is something of note I observed in my two trips so far, all the employees looked happy. They smiled, were in good spirits, and seemed genuinely excited to be serving customers. I have been to many, many dealers in my life, and you can tell a lot about Management by how happy their people are...and their positivity was contagious in a great way. I can't say enough good things about this sales experience and highly recommend Bridgewater Kia. More
