I stopped in on a Saturday late morning just to see the new service dept and to make an appointment for service. Carol asked if I would like it done right now! It was not a botheration to have it done righ new service dept and to make an appointment for service. Carol asked if I would like it done right now! It was not a botheration to have it done right then and wait for it in their new waiting room lounge! Five star service and beautiful atmosphere in their new facility. Topped off with a much needed complimentary car wash made my day! Thanks Carol......You went above and beyond my expectation! You always do! I purchased a car on 01/21/22, Jim, salesperson very nice and helped me with what I was looking for and he was transparent. David at finance added some bogus charges. I stated several times to Jim My down pa and helped me with what I was looking for and he was transparent. David at finance added some bogus charges. I stated several times to Jim My down payment is 2500.00. David put 3080.00, he said 2500 plus some rebate of 580.00 and he listed $580.00 again at depreciation, when I questioned, along with my brother-in-law he removed it and gave me two Free Oil Change vouchers. we asked him several times he kept going around in circles with his explanation. we were at the dealership from 11 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at that point I was tired and didn't want my family to get excited. My concern is at the end of my lease I DONT WANT TO BE TRICKED INTO ANOTHER FEES, its a shame to take advantage of people during PANDEMIC, when people are struggling. Shame on Him!!!! Jessie More
