We recently purchased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport working with Sales Rep Jimmy Kociuba. It was noticed that the vehicle needed some additional repair work after the purchase. After speaking with Jimmy and Manager Mike Campobasso, they both quickly addressed what needed to be done with a concern and care not seen at other dealerships. Mike and Jimmy scheduled and made the necessary repairs wanting to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and the quality of the vehicle we had chosen. Where other dealerships may give a run around or make excuses, D'Arcy Hyundai and their entire staff from Management to Sales to Service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one and that we were completely satisfied and pleased. I got to drive both a Tucson and a Santa Fe, specified my color choice and was able to drive home my new car when I was ready. Jimmy K was extremely helpful and fun to "shop" with. Bringing in my previous leased Tucson for service was easy and the service department treats you like family. Always get more information than I need but so helpful when needing to explain it all to my husband. I am ever so grateful that we found D'Arcy years ago and that the quality of their service in ALL departments has not disappointed and is always seeking to be better. More

Jimmy Kociuba was a great salesperson Had a great experience with our salesperson, Jimmy Kociuba. He didn't give us the hard sale but was very informative of the vehicle we came to see. We made a deal the same day, even though they didn't have the vehicle we wanted, they were able to get it the same day. Went back a couple time with trade in negotiations, but all worked out great. Love my new car, just trying to get use to all the new gadgets. Jimmy said if I have any issues on how to work something, just come in and he would help. The finance person we dealt with (Zach) was also great and made the process quick. More
