They Listened, they really really listened! What a concept! I was very skeptical going in but after talking to Jimmy then Lisa and Zack and last but not least Merissa I finally relaxed and relallized they weren I was very skeptical going in but after talking to Jimmy then Lisa and Zack and last but not least Merissa I finally relaxed and relallized they weren't trying to run a scam or bait and switch or the usual car dealership antics! lol I asked Jimmy to show me some cars and the first car out was exactly what I was looking for down to the color! I looked at the other 2 cars and they were nice but the car I chose was exactly what I was looking for. This is the first time in 30 years I had an American Car and I'm hoping it is as reliable as my non-americas cars! lol All in all it was a most Maggicl experience and if this car works out I will be back and suggest to others. If you are on the fence and wondering about which dealership to choose, give D'arcy Hyundi a chance you won't be disappointed! Thank you :) More

He was not pressuring us into buying anything, we came in just to ask a few questions about their leases, we were skeptical because most places we go to pressure us into buying something & were there for hours haggling when we were not interested in buying at the time, we would not go back to those dealerships. But at Darcy's there was no pressure at all!! Mike went over our questions & answered them,gave us his card & said when were ready to buy stop in or call me!! he was the best!! Friends bought from him a couple weeks before us , and told us to ask for Mike cause he was their best salesman that they've dealt with!! The whole Darcy Hyundai employees were very friendly & helpful!!! Highly recommend them!!! More

Nothing shady here, no pressure or gimmicks just Great Service with a smile. It's comforting to see some of the same people still working at D'Arcy for over 20 years. That says something about the working environment at D'Arcy. I recently visited a competing dealership in the area. The experience was not pleasant. My husband and I have been coming to this dealer for over 10 years. I recently had an issue with my 2009 Sonata and I brought it in for service. Jayson and John in the service department took GREAT care of me and my car. The first repair didn't fix my car, when I returned with my car they assured me they would find the solution to the issue I was having. After 3 weeks in the shop they did find the problem, however it was a little more costly than my husband and I wanted to pay for repairs. John recommended me to their sales department and we met with Jimmy. Jimmy showed me a couple of cars that would keep me in my budget since we really were not planning on buying a car right now. After careful consideration we opted to purchase a new 2018 Sonata. Jimmy took great care of us. Service like this is what keeps customers returning. Thank you D'arcy Hyundai for all of your help!
