Right from my first contact via Internet, the staff were courteous and friendly - like I was joining a good team. All of the docs were prepped correctly and ready to be explained and signed. The actual closing process was flawleee and took 15 minutes. The car was an easy sell, but the my sales guy Jimmy was really great. He knew the car well and he sold us also on the quality of the total team at Jaguar and Land Rover of Princeton. The valet pickup sounds great and I will utilize it. People there really seemed to love RR and were happy to welcome us into the RR family. I got a great walk through of all of the car’s features and connecting my cell. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
