After driving over half an hour for the appo Our appointment didn't start out well, as the person we had scheduled with didn't honor our appointment. After driving over half an hour for the appointment, I was unhappy. However, we decided to stay and work with Jimmy. This turned out to be for the best. Jimmy was polite and not pushy. He let us lead the pace of the appointment. Meena, the sales manager, got us a better finance rate than our credit union, saving us money. That was great. Ronnie the finance guy was quick and efficient. We were out the door in no time flat. Both my husband and I commented on how quickly and easily things went. We probably would have been out even more quickly, if we didn't have to wait for the final paperwork. All in all Jimmy, Meena, and Ronnie turn a lemon situation into lemonade. Can't wait to pick up my car on Friday. More

Great Dealership to do Business With I've had two dealings with Rusnak Volvo in the last month. Maintenance/Service for my Volvo and then sale of another Volvo. With service and sales a joy to work with, this most likely won't be my last. While getting service, I appreciated Anthony's and the rest of the service departments consideration. I appreciate seeing them put the protective equipment on my steering wheel as well as the seat to protect me as well as themselves from exposure to COVID-19. Once the service was complete, Anthony spoke to me about everything that was done to the vehicle and mentioned what he'll probably need to do on the next visit. He was friendly and very easy to work with. This is my second Volvo with Rusnak. Meena was a pleasure to work with. He gave my family the best deal possible with the four vehicles I wanted quotes for and wasn't pushy. Meena even took pictures of the one I was really interested in as the picture wasn't online. I live 2 hours from Pasadena and since they weren't allowed to be open on the weekend, they delivered the vehicle to me. Jimmy reached out to me and worked with a time during that work work for my wife and me. He kept us informed as to where he was so we had a good idea as to when he was going to be at my house, which by the way, he was on time. Jimmy made sure all the paperwork was ready to be filled out and the whole process was seamless. Jimmy was respectful while at our house; had his gloves and mask on. Did we mention he was really friendly? As mentioned, we love working with Rusnak, and with service like this, we'll continue to do so. Thank you Meena, Jimmy, Anthony and Rusnak Volvo! More

Every single time we’ve taken our car for service here, there’s been some issue. Running out of loaners, waiting up to an hour to talk to someone about the issues when dropping off (even with appointment there’s been some issue. Running out of loaners, waiting up to an hour to talk to someone about the issues when dropping off (even with appointment and getting there on time), being told it would take less than an hour so decide to wait but it takes over two hours, letting them know you need the car by a certain time to pick kids up from school but it’s not ready with no loaners (they offered to take me to get a rental but I was already late and used an Uber), etc. For my last visit, I booked super early hoping to have better luck if the day was just starting- my 2017 XC60 was having AC issues. They said please wait and it took almost two hours for anyone to talk to me (I inquired at least three during it- especially as they had taken my car back already). They did apologize and offer to rotate my tires for free this time, but I’ll likely find another dealer for service even if I have to drive further as we’ve decided to buy our car. We have loved our car, and while we had a great experience with figuring out a deal with Christine, and we’re offered unexpected great lease offers as repeat customers (including almost an eight months option to go from old to new lease- great!!! but we ended up purchasing), the service almost made us change our minds. Yesterday was our third and final free maintenance appt. I know Sally will disregard this as another disgruntled customer ( this isn’t my first bad review ). We did the recommended front brake pad replacement and asked to have the wheels buffed per our extra warranty. The service rep shamed us saying “You have already used the warranty two times, this is the last time the warranty will cover the wheels “. It came out like a threat.... 7 hours later, they let the wheel guy leave with my keys. No one in service can ever answer questions ..... disappointing. I will never go back or buy a car from this location. Jimmy in sales and Barby in finance were amazing, so when I bought this car it was the best experience ever .... since then the service has made me not want to go back. ... More
