Schneider was also amazing and easy to work with in Ryan’s absence. The service manager Albert was so kind & accommodating for me in a tough situation - I used to sell Mercedes and also worked for Herb for a number of years (so my expectations are high) and this service team exemplifies what service for a Mercedes Benz should look and feel like.
